Verification Fee
Provider invoices Project for verification fee. Note: Project Terms and Conditions. Verification fee must be paid prior to the Preliminary Rating. Verification fee only covers Provider and Green Rater services (ie. Preliminary Rating, PreDrywall Inspection and Final Verification/Rating). Project is responsible for any other costs.

Additional Fees
In addition to what is listed above, the builder will also need a HERS rating and potentially other testing and technical assistance depending on points chosen and builder standard practice. Associated fees are paid directly to the practitioner.
Affordable Housing Projects
Affordable housing projects built by or for a non-profit can apply for grant funds.
